Trending Show – Made In Chelsea New York
The cast of Made In Chelsea have well and truly landed in New York with a splash! Amidst all the drama the girls have been showcasing their incredible style on the streets of Manhattan, while the rest of us sit back and drool. Fashionable favourite Lucy Watson began trending throughout the first episode with her white bomber jacket from Topshop. Her most popular look however was her topical New York slogan tee from Bershka. ‘Hello New York City’ indeed! Louise Thompson also hit the radar this week with ‘Meow’ slogan mesh tee. But the real star of the show is Binky Felstead. In the second episode, she blitzed her way past Lucy in the fashion stakes to take the highest spot on our radar with her orange mini dress and white duster coat! Thankfully the duster coat trend is still in full swing and there are various alternative options on the high street. Fans and followers of the show also fell in love with her silky pink Topshop jumpsuit that she rocked at a NY club, as seen on her Instagram feed. Female viewers have also taken a shine to her accessories. Binks is often seen carrying the blue Michael Kors Jet Set Tote, which is very popular with her followers on twitter, and viewers also caught a glimpse of her fab on-trend Leopard print slip on trainers by ASH. Corrr, what we wouldn’t give to have a wardrobe like Binky’s…
It looks like Meteorology is currently the go to profession if you’re looking for a flawless wardrobe. Good Morning Britain’s Laura Tobin is a regular morning fixture with UK audiences, much like her US counterpart Ginger Zee, from Good Morning America. However over the past seven days we’ve welcomed a new lady into the weather mix… Dylan Dreyer of the Today Show. Laura’s bright, playful and affordable style is always popular in the mornings with GMB’s vast age range of female viewers. Brilliantly styled by Debbie Harper, her looks include an array of high street bargains, which delights followers and fans! Her most recent outfits – a new season dress from Zara, as well as a pink jacquard Oasis number. Ginger Zee is quite literally a daily style staple at Style On Screen – even we’re obsessed! She has recently joined forces with stylist Nathan Helsel and his choices have been very well received by fans of Ginger’s style. Looks include colourblock dresses by Lisa Perry and a chic monochrome number by Adrianna Papell. One of Ginger’s most popular looks came last week courtesy of a colourful LaFayette 148 dress, thanks to Nathan’s stylings. As for Dylan, she’s been styling herself and she knows exactly what works. Among her most popular dresses is a gorgeous mint jacquard dress from Coconinno, and a colourblock shift dress by Bailey 44, which was a gift from her mother-in-law! Fans have also raved about her various looks from Tahari and Shoshanna. Seems like these ladies are dominating both sides of Atlantic and there’s no stopping them!
Trending Celebrity – Alex Jones
She’s gone solo! Style On Screen favourite Alex Jones and her new show ‘Tumble’ have been only been our screens for two weeks and it’s already a Saturday night fashion sensation! Alex, styled by the genius Tess Wright, has upped her fashion game big time. For her first week of hosting duties she wore a black and blue embellished dress by BCBGMAXAZRIA, and a killer pair of glitzy Kurt Geiger heels. But stylist Tess seemed to pull out all the stops for week two as Alex wore an incredible Diamond For Eden dress from Muse Boutique on Kings Road. The dress was massively popular with the viewers; we think it may even be her most popular look of all time! She’s still the Queen of Style on The One Show, of course. This past week she’s rocked a super chic Burberry trench coat and a fab Sister Jane dress, both of which received a big thumbs up from her loyal fashion followers. Way to go Tess, and looking good Alex!
