Amanda’s first week as co-host on This Morning is over and what a stylish one it has been. While her wardrobe has been in high demand with the viewers, it’s not quite what we expected. Fans and followers are used to seeing her glammed up in high end designer outfits, thanks to her stint on Britain’s Got Talent, but Ms Holden has now gone all high street on us! Over the past 7 days she’s been rocking some pretty fab autumnal outfits from stores such as GAP and Marks & Spencer. On Thursday’s show she wore a cobalt blue blouse from Hobbs with a tapestry skirt from Anthropologie that proved very popular with the audience. Her deep plum dress from Next was also a winner, with many ladies admiring the colour palette of her outfit. The high street route seems to be working out for Amanda as viewers are thrilled with the accessibility of her morning show wardrobe. We can’t wait to see what she pulls out the bag next week.
George who? Amal Alamuddin has been flaunting some seriously enviable outfits over her wedding weekend in Venice. The impeccably dressed human rights lawyer was almost unknown before she began dating George Clooney, now she’s a fully-fledged style icon! She channelled the ultimate Venetian style as she arrived in a stunning striped monochrome Dolce & Gabbana SS13 midi dress. She then took the current ‘dark florals’ trend out for a spin in a striking red Alexander McQueen gown. On the day after her star studded nuptials, Amal stepped out in a gorgeous floral embellished lace dress straight from Giambattista Valli’s Spring 2014 collection, complete with slingbacks (as seen on the runway). Then came her most popular outfit of the bunch… a white cropped top with matching crepe wide leg trousers, courtesy of Stella McCartney. She accessorized with the ‘Beckett’ clutch and one of the most chicest hats ever in existence. Talk about major fashion moment! To top it all off, the bride wore a stunning custom Oscar de la Renta ivory gown to walk down the aisle. All together now… #FLAWLESS.
Holly Willoughby and Fearne Cotton have long since dominated the fashion waves at Celebrity Juice, but we think we’re finally seeing the one and only Keith Lemon steal their crown! Super stylish Fearne almost swooped in for the win this week with her black ‘disco fluff’ crop jumper from Topshop, but thanks to stylist Heather MacVean, Keith’s incredible light up trainers stole the show! The black LED kicks from Irregular Choice trended throughout the episode, making it one of the most talked about shows of the week. Fans were even tweeting Eamonn Holmes after he was also seen wearing them. Two of the most unusual style inspirations, surely! Maybe not, as Keith’s wardrobe is always a hit with the male viewers. Last week’s black embroidered shirt was well received with the lads, but they weren’t too keen on completing the look with his tartan kilt. The man of the moment is also picking up fashion creds over on his other show, Through The Keyhole. His black leaf print ASOS blazer picked up a considerable amount of interest last week. Stylist Heather has got a great eye for those whacky prints and outfits – and Keith’s fans are continuing to lap it up.
